WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Shipping timelines vary depending on drop and item. Please also note that if you have ordered multiple items from a single drop, your package will ship only when all items in the order are prepared for shipment. You will receive tracking information via email at the time of shipment.

 

CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, style, or quantity.
Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are final, and customers are notified of this policy prior to checkout. However, depending on available stock, we may be able to adjust the size of an item after an order is placed. To make a request for a size adjustment, please email deadtoastco@gmail.com.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A DROP IS COMING?

Drops are announced sporadically, and often without much notice, via the @_DeadToast Instagram page. We recommend following @_DeadToast and turning on post notifications to best stay on top of future drops. You can also join our mailing list, which will inform you in the moment that a drop has gone live, but not before.
